摘要
进入新时代后,农林人才培养面临机遇和挑战。从农业伦理教育的发展进程看,农业结构调整、产业融合、创新驱动等趋势对于农林人才培养提出了新的要求,农业伦理教育方兴未艾;在新文科建设的现实背景下,涉农高校开展学科交叉融合体现了新文科发展的价值取向;在农业伦理通识教育的实践过程中,须开设学科交叉、专业融合、契合农业院校专业特点的新文科通识课程,以满足社会对文理贯通、知农爱农为农卓越农林人才的需求。
After entering the new era,cultivating agricultural and forestry talents faces opportunities and challenges.From the perspective of the development process of agricultural ethics education,trends such as agricultural structural adjustment,industrial integration,and innovation drive have put forward new requirements for the cultivation of agricultural and forestry talents,and agricultural ethics education is in the ascendant.Cross-integration reflects the value orientation of the development of new liberal arts.In the practice of agricultural ethics general education,new liberal arts general education courses should be set up with interdisciplinary,professional integration and professional characteristics that agree with agricultural colleges to meet the social demand for outstanding agricultural and forestry talents who are proficient in arts and sciences and know and love agriculture.
