地方农林高校推动高质量发展的战略思考与路径选择——以浙江农林大学为例

Strategic Thinking and Path Selection of Promoting High Quality Development in Local Agriculture and Forestry Colleges and Universities——Taking Zhejiang A&F University as an Example

伴随着世界高等教育大众化迈向普及化的进程,我国高等教育在规模上实现了大的飞跃。规模扩张过程中也凸显了高等教育在快速发展过程中的一些问题。地方农林高校作为高等教育的重要群体,在推进高质量发展进程中面临着办学资源不足、人才层次结构不合理、产教深度融合欠缺、特色发展未成创新优势等四大瓶颈,基于此,要重视处理好影响高质量发展的几大关系。本文以浙江农林大学为例,探寻地方农林高校推动高质量发展的路径,在规划引领下,踏实走好资源拓展之路、人才强校之路、产教融合之路和优势特色之路,助力学校办学水平的提升。

With the popularization of higher education in the world towards the process of popularization,China's higher education has achieved a giant leap in scale.The process of scale expansion also highlights some problems in the rapid development of higher education.As an essential group of higher education,local agriculture and forestry colleges and universities face four bottlenecks in promoting high-quality development:insufficient educational resources,unreasonable talent hierarchy,lack of deep integration of industry and education,and lack of innovative advantages in characteristic development.Therefore,we should pay attention to handling several significant relations affecting high-quality development.Taking Zhejiang A&F University as an example,this article explores ways for local agriculture and forestry universities to promote high-quality development.Under the guidance of planning,it will steadily take the road of resource expansion,talent strengthening,production-education integration,and advantages and characteristics to help the school improve its educational level.
