乡村振兴背景下地方农业院校新“土郎中”培育的模式改革与实践——以湖南农业大学为例

人才培养模式改革是国家乡村振兴战略背景下高等农业院校教育改革的重要突破口。湖南农业大学农业资源与环境专业着眼新时期国家战略需求,以服务于地方农业经济发展的新“土郎中”培育为目标,理清专业人才培养目标、过程与质量保障关系,在更新人才培养理念、完善培养方案、强化教学建设、优化课程模块与实践教学环节、创新人才培养机制等方面推进改革探索,优化集成了专业新“土郎中”培育模式,成效显著。

The reform of talent training mode is an important breakthrough in the educational reformation of higher agricultural colleges under the background of the national rural revitalization strategy.The major of agricultural resources and environment in Hunan Agricultural University focuses on the national strategic needs in the new era and aims to cultivate the new “soil doctors” who serve the development of local agricultural economy, clarifies the relationship between the objective, process and quality assurance of professional talents training.The exploratory reform has comprehensively promoted in the aspects of renewing the concept of talent training, improving the training scheme, strengthening the teaching construction, optimizing the course module and practical teaching links, and innovating the talent training mechanism.Conclusively, it has optimized and integrated a new cultivation pattern of the professional “soil doctors” with remarkable achievements.
