基于TOPSIS的北京林业大学2011—2021年博士研究生生源情况分析对比研究

摘要 为深入了解北京林业大学博士研究生招生制度改革成效,以期为进一步完善博士生源质量保障体系提供参考,从成绩、生源校、生源吸引力和潜力三个方面选取9个指标构建了博士研究生生源质量分析框架,采用基于多目标决策分析的TOPSIS法,分析对比了北京林业大学2011—2021年间的博士研究生生源情况。结果显示,2011—2021年间,北京林业大学的博士研究生生源质量总体呈上升趋势,中间个别年份受招生政策影响,出现一定的迂回波动现象;得益于北京林业大学实行的“学科试点,稳步推进”的原则和先行试点、逐步推开、全面实施三步走战略,“申请—审核”招生制度平稳落地,并取得了显著成果和巨大成效;从现有数据情况来看,未来应继续加大研究生招生宣传投入,持续增加对直博生和硕博连读生的选拔力度,并进一步健全博士研究生“申请—审核”选拔机制。最后根据存在问题提出了若干建议。 To have a thorough understanding of the reform effect of the doctoral student enrollment system of Beijing Forestry University and to provide a reference for further improvement of the quality assurance system of doctoral student enrollment,this paper has constructed an analysis framework of doctoral student enrollment quality by selecting nine indicators from three aspects:performance,source school,and attraction and potential of enrollment.It has used TOPSIS(Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to IdealSolution)method to analyze and compare the source of doctoral students at Beijing Forestry University from 2011 to 2021.The results show that:From 2011 to 2021,the enrollment quality of doctoral students at Beijing Forestry University show an overall upward trend,with some roundabout fluctuations due to the influence of enrollment policy in some years.Thanks to the principle of“discipline pilot,steady progress”and the three-step strategy of pilot first,gradual promotion,and comprehensive implementation,the“application-review”admissions system has been implemented smoothly and achieved remarkable results and great results.According to the available data,we should continue to increase the investment in postgraduate enrollment publicity,increase the efforts in selecting direct doctoral students and postgraduate doctoral students,and further improve the“application-review”selection mechanism for doctoral students.Finally,some suggestions are put forward according to the existing problems.
