“三全育人”背景下高校发展型资助育人体系构建研究

在“三全育人”背景下,资助育人工作是党和国家赋予高校的历史使命,对实现教育公平、助力乡村振兴乃至实现中华民族的全面复兴都具有积极意义。高校应切实从精准资助和育人工作两方面入手,把“扶困”与“扶智”、“扶困”与“扶志”结合起来,不仅要提升资助育人工作的精准程度和标准化建设,还要结合受助学生的实际需求大力开展品牌项目育人,从物质帮助、道德浸润、能力拓展、精神激励等多角度全面提升受助学生综合素质,并及时推进资助育人工作成果转化,构建经济资助、精神培育和能力锻炼相结合的发展型资助育人的长效机制。

In the context of“three-wide education”,funding education is a historical mission entrusted by the party and the state to colleges and universities,which is of positive significance to achieve educational equity,help rural revitalization and even accomplish the overall rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Colleges and universities should start from the two aspects of precise funding and education,and combine“helping the poor”with“helping the intellect”and“helping the poor”with“helping the ambition”.They should not only improve the accuracy and standardization of funding and education but also vigorously carry out brand project education in combination with the actual needs of the assisted students to comprehensively improve the comprehensive quality of the assisted students from the perspectives of material assistance,moral infiltration,ability development,spiritual motivation and so on,And timely promote the transformation of the achievements of funded education,and build a long-term mechanism of developing funded education that combines economic assistance,spiritual cultivation and ability training.
