摘要
我国涉农高校全日制专业学位研究生的招生单位和招生门类不断增多、培养质量不断提升。但是,由于专业学位发展时间较短,在教学管理方面存在问题,包括专业学位研究生的招生、培养、评价环节,教师的实践指导能力、教学激情、数量结构等问题。针对现存的问题,应利用涉农高校的优势,对学生及教师的教学管理方面进行创新,对专业学位研究生的招收、培养和评价环节进行改革,对农科高校教师的数量结构、实践能力和教学热情等方面进行完善,进而提高教学质量和管理水平,满足社会对高素质农科技术人才的需要。
The admissions units and categories of full-time professional degree postgraduates in agriculture-related universities in China are increasing,and the cultivation quality is constantly improving.However,due to the short development time of professional degree,there are some problems in the teaching management,including the admission,cultivation,and evaluation of professional degree postgraduates,as well as teachers’practical guidance ability,teaching passion,quantity structure.Given the existing problems,we should make use of the advantages of agriculture-related universities to carry out certain innovative activities in the teaching management of students and teachers,and improve the admission,cultivation,and evaluation of professional degree postgraduates,as well as the quantity structure,practical ability and teaching passion of teachers in agriculture universities,to improve the teaching quality and management level and meet the needs of the society for high-quality agricultural technical talents.
