新时代我国农林高校思政课教师队伍建设的价值意蕴、实然困境及应然转向

The Value Implication, Reality Dilemma, and Ideal Turn of the Construction of Ideological and Political Teachers in Agricultural and Forestry Universities in the New Era

近年来,在党中央高度重视和大力支持下,我国农林高校思政课教师队伍建设迎来黄金发展期,在数量和质量方面均发生了翻天覆地的变化。通过对我国首轮“双一流”建设的9所农林高校马克思主义学院专任教师队伍建设情况进行研究发现,当前我国农林高校思政课教师队伍建设取得显著成就的同时,也面临“繁荣背后的发展困境”问题。习近平总书记给全国涉农高校的“回信”精神,为我国高等农林院校思想政治理论课教师队伍建设提供了理论指导,即强化政治建设,切实发挥思想政治理论课教师“人师”作用;坚持引培并举重在培养,持续优化队伍结构;促进教学科研两轮驱动,全面提升育人水平;坚持破立并举,健全更为科学的考核评价机制。通过多措并举,着力打造具有显著农林特色、符合新时代“六要”要求的思想政治理论课教师队伍。

In recent years,with the great attention and strong support of the Party Central Committee,the construction of ideological and political teachers in agricultural and forestry universities in China has ushered in a golden period of development and earth-shaking changes have taken place in terms of quantity and quality.Through the research on the construction of full-time teachers in Marxist colleges of 9 agricultural and forestry universities in the first round of“double first-class”construction in China,we find that the construction of ideological and political teachers in agricultural and forestry universities in China has made remarkable achievements,it is also facing the problem of“development dilemma behind prosperity”.The spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s reply to the agricultural universities and colleges in China provides theoretical guidance for the construction of ideological and political theory course teachers in agricultural and forestry colleges and universities in China,namely,strengthening political construction and giving full play to the role of ideological and political theory course teachers,adhering to the simultaneous talent training and introduction while focusing on talent training,continuous optimizing of team structure;promoting the two-wheel drive mode of teaching and researching,and comprehensively improving the level of education,adhering to destruction and construction,improving a more scientific evaluation mechanism.Through multiple measures,we strive to create a teaching staff of ideological and political theory courses with distinctive agricultural and forestry characteristics in line with the requirements of the“six essentials”in the new era.
