新时代高校辅导员队伍建设的路径探析

Exploration on the Path of College Counselor Team Construction in the New Era

高校辅导员是大学生思想政治教育和日常管理的重要力量,在实现中华民族伟大复兴的道路征程上,高校辅导员肩负着为中国特色社会主义事业培养建设者和接班人的重任。研究从辅导员实际工作出发,立足历史维度、实践维度和理论维度,深刻把握新时代高校辅导员初心和使命的时代要求,探讨高校辅导员承担使命所必备的综合能力:坚守三种情怀、具备四种能力、拥有八种品质。研究提出提升辅导员工作实效性的路径:坚持核心指导思想、做到两个转变、用好三支队伍、上好五堂课。

College counselors are essential in college students’ideological and political education and daily management.On the journey to bring about a great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,college counselors are responsible for cultivating constructors and successors for the socialist cause with Chinese characteristics.The study starts with the practical work of counselors,and establishes a foothold in the historical,practical,and theoretical dimensions.It then has a deep understanding of the requirements of the times for the original aspiration and mission of college counselors in the new era,and explores the necessary comprehensive ability of college counselors to undertake the mission:adhering to three feelings,having four abilities,and possessing eight qualities.The study also puts forward the path to improve the effectiveness of counselors’work:adhering to the core guiding ideology,accomplishing two changeovers,making good use of three teams,and teaching five classes well.
