“五位一体、五阶递进”的高职新农科专创融合人才培养模式构建 被引量:4

Construction of a “five in one,five-step progression” talent cultivation model with Integration of expertise and innovation of new agricultural science in higher vocational colleges

摘要 “专创融合”是指专业教育与创新创业教育的深度融合,是高职院校内涵发展和高水平专业建设的必然要求。以培养“学农、爱农、事农”的新农科创新创业型人才为主要任务,逐步将创新创业教育融入专业教学,构建创业意识教育、专业创业教育、创业实践教育“三层次”的课程体系,开发创产、创教、创研、创赛“四结合”的专业实践体系,组建校内导师+企业技能大师+创业成功典范+科研专家“四梯队”的师资队伍,搭建团队组建、创业培训、项目孵化、基金扶持、综合服务“五位一体”的学生创新创业扶持服务链,探索夯基础强意识、定项目组团队、进园区作孵化、找难题破瓶颈、开分社再出发“五阶递进”的人才培养实施过程,凸显了富有特色的新农科创新创业人才培养模式。 “Integration of specialty and innovation”refers to the deep integration of professional education and innovation and entrepreneurship education,which is the inevitable requirement of the connotation development and high-level specialty construction of higher vocational colleges.With the main task of cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial talents of new agricultural science who“study agriculture,love agriculture and work on agriculture”,this model has gradually integrated innovation and entrepreneurship education into professional teaching,constructed a“three-level”curriculum system of entrepreneurship awareness education,professional entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurship practice education,and developed a professional practice system of“four combinations”of innovation,education,research and competition,a four echelon teaching team of“in school tutors+enterprise skill masters+entrepreneurial success models+scientific research experts”has been formed,a“five in one”student innovation and entrepreneurship support service chain of team formation,entrepreneurship training,project incubation,fund support and comprehensive services has been established,and the“five-step progression”talent training implementation process has been explored,such as strengthening the foundation,setting up project team,entering the park for incubation,solving problems and breaking bottlenecks,and open branch office and start again,highlighting the distinctive training mode of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in new agricultural science.
