乡村振兴视域下农民市场观教育的困境剖析与对策探寻

乡村振兴是社会主义现代化建设的重要方面,是实现2035年远景目标的关键。在乡村振兴过程中,加强农民市场观教育具有重要现实意义,是重塑乡村经济、补齐乡村短板、实现乡村振兴的重要保障。农民市场观教育面临着教育主体结构不合理、教育客体动力不足、教育目标不清晰等障碍,究其原因主要是教育体系不健全、教育机构较少、农民老龄化、观念滞后和教育资金短缺。为此,需要强化市场观教育,健全农民职业教育体系;多渠道筹集资金,增加农业职业教育投入;充分利用各种教育资源,扩大农业职业教育机构;加强教师培养,全面提高教师综合素养;加强教育宣传,营造良好的市场观教育氛围。

Rural revitalization is an important aspect of socialist modernization and the key to achieve the long-term goal of 2035.In the process of rural revitalization,it is of great practical significance to strengthen farmers′market view education,which is an important guarantee for remolding rural economy,making up for rural shortcomings and realizing rural revitalization.However,the education of farmers′market view is faced with such obstacles as unreasonable structure of the educational subject,lack of motivation of the educational object,and unclear educational objectives,which are mainly caused by unsound education system,fewer educational institutions,aging of farmers,lagging concept and shortage of educational funds.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the education of market view and perfect the vocational education system of farmers;raise funds through multiple channels to increase investment in agricultural vocational education;make full use of all kinds of educational resources,and expand agricultural vocational education institutions;strengthen teacher training,and improve the comprehensive quality of teachers;strengthen education and publicity,and build a good market view education atmosphere.
