摘要 积极开展"双一流"建设是地方农业高校发展的必然趋势。沈阳农业大学作物学科以一流学科和一流专业建设为契机,以产业需求为导向,以培养一流人才为目标,通过创新人才选拔培养模式,提升人才培养内涵,优化课程体系,强化实践教学,增强案例分析和职业规划,建立研究生质量评价体系,健全研究生管理和思想教育,全面提升了作物学研究生的培养质量。 It is an inevitable trend for the development of local agricultural colleges and universities under"double first-class"construction.With the industrial demand as the guidance and the cultivation of first-class talents as the goal,the crop discipline of Shenyang Agricultural University takes the construction of the first-class discipline and first-class specialty as the opportunity and improves the cultivation quality of postgraduates of crop science by innovating talent selection and training mode,enhancing the connotation of talent training,optimizing the curriculum system,strengthening the practical teaching,enhancing case analysis and career planning,establishing the quality evaluation system for postgraduates,improving postgraduates management and ideological education,has achieved comprehensive improvement of cultivation quality for postgraduates of Crop Science discipline.
