摘要
农业院校工程类专业应借势新工科建设与新农科建设开展跨学科人才培养。研究分析了农业院校工程类专业跨学科人才培养的动因,归纳了农业院校工程类跨学科人才培养存在"五化一失"六方面制约因素,指明了农业院校工程类专业跨学科人才培养的指导思想、基本遵循与关键举措,提出了农业院校工程类跨学科人才培养路径:以立德树人为根本,以强农兴农为已任,构建"工农融合"的跨学科育人体系;以"三农"问题与现代农业需求为导向,创新"工农融合"的跨学科培养模式;以管理机制为抓手,培养"工农融合"的跨学科思维意识与能力。
Engineering major in agricultural universities should take advantage of the construction of new engineering and new agricultural science to carry out interdisciplinary talent training.This paper analyzes the motivation factor of interdisciplinary talent training for majors in engineering in agricultural universities,sums up six restrictive factors from"five variations and one loss"of interdisciplinary talent training for engineering major in agricultural universities,points out the guiding ideology,basic follow-up and key measures of interdisciplinary talent training for engineering major in agricultural universities,puts forward the training path of interdisciplinary talent training for engineering major in agricultural universities:to build an interdisciplinary education system for"integration of engineering and agriculture"by taking morality establishing and training talent as the foundation and taking agriculture strengthening and invigorating as the responsibility;to innovate the interdisciplinary training mode for"integration of engineering and agriculture"by taking the problems of"agriculture,rural areas and farmers"and the demand of modern agriculture as orientation;and to cultivate the interdisciplinary thinking consciousness and ability for"integration of engineering and agriculture"by taking management mechanism as the starting point.
