农业硕士专业学位研究生职业素养内涵研究及其教育路径选择

A study on the professional accomplishment of MAE graduate students and their education path choices

在国家农业现代化与乡村振兴战略背景下,在研究生教育强调服务需求、提高质量的发展要求下,作为与农业现代化与农村发展职业相关联的专业学位,能否培养"一懂两爱"、满足"三农"需求的高层次人在队伍,是农业硕士专业学位研究生人才培养单位需积极思考的问题。从农业硕士职业素养内涵研究着手,构建农业硕士职业素养内涵指标模型,并以浙江农林大学为例,提出在该指标模型指导下的农业硕士职业素养教育路径,旨在培养一支能面向"三农",掌握必要的农业基础理论知识,拥有浓厚的"三农"情怀,用得上,留得住的人才队伍。

Under the background of the national strategy of agricultural modernization and rural revitalization,and under the development requirements of postgraduate education emphasizing service demand and improving quality,a question needs to be think actively for MAE talent training units,as a professional degree related to agricultural modernization and rural development career,whether it can cultivate high-level talents who"have a good knowledge of agriculture,love our rural areas and care about rural people",and meet the needs of"agriculture,rural areas and farmers"requirements.Starting with research on the professional accomplishment of MAE,this paper constructs the index model of agricultural master’s professional qualities,and takes Zhejiang A&F University as an example,puts forward the education path of MAE professional quality under the guidance of the index model,aiming to cultivate ranks,which can be used and retained,with the ability to face"agriculture,rural areas and farmers",master the necessary basic agricultural theoretical knowledge,and have deep feelings of"agriculture,rural areas and farmers".
