导师群体学术特征视角下的研究生思想政治教育研究——基于西南联大成功经验的启示

西南联大没有专职的思想政治教师和辅导员却培养出众多具备责任感和爱国主义精神的优秀人才,很大程度上是因为西南联大教授群体具有学术风气、学术风格、学术视野、学术品质等诸多方面优秀学术特征,在教学和学术指导过程中这些特征对学生的思想政治教育产生潜移默化的影响。西南联大教授群体表现出的救国指向的学术风气、独立自由的学术风格、长远宽广的学术视野以及谦逊热忱的学术品质对学生的政治文化信仰与理想信念教育、价值观教育、社会公德教育和意志品质教育均具有重要影响。基于西南联大的成功经验,以导师群体的学术特征作为切入点,为研究生思想政治教育研究提供新视角。

Southwest associated university does not have full-time ideological and political teachers and counselors but has cultivated many outstanding talents with sense of responsibility and patriotism.To a large extent,this is due to the outstanding academic characteristics of the professors in southwest associated university,such as academic atmosphere,academic style,academic vision and academic quality.In the process of teaching and academic guidance,these characteristics exert a subtle influence on students′ideological and political education.The academic atmosphere,independent and free academic style,long-term and broad academic vision,as well as humble and enthusiastic academic quality demonstrated by the group of professors of southwest associated university have important influences on students′political and cultural beliefs,ideals and beliefs,values,social ethics and volitional quality education.Based on the successful experience of southwest associated university,it provides a new perspective for the research of ideological and political education of postgraduates from the perspective of the academic characteristics of the tutor group.
