高等农业院校招生就业与人才培养联动是深化招生就业改革的重要组成,是新农科建设的必然要求,也是推进乡村人才振兴的有力举措。随着高等教育的大众化发展和国家新高考的改革与推进,高等农业院校从本科招生到毕业生就业都面临着新的更大挑战。推进招生就业与人才培养联动机制的构建,需要注重服务国家战略,构建定向招生与基层就业的联动机制;需要推进组织建设,完善招生就业与人才培养联动的组织建设;需要深化校企合作,构建人才培养与实习就业的联动机制。
