摘要
高校教师教学竞赛正处于方兴未艾的快速发展期,教学竞赛发挥出展示教学风采、促进教研相长、示范教研活动、推动教学改革等示范效应。通过提高竞赛组织水平,健全竞赛保障体系,加强竞赛宣传,完善竞赛激励机制,可以进一步将竞赛理念落实到课堂和教学中,提升教学竞赛的价值。
The rapid development of teaching contests in colleges and universities is now in the ascendant.Teaching contest has demonstrated powerful demonstration effects and values in various fields,such as the teaching performance,the academic activities,and teaching reform.Furthermore,the belief of teaching contest could be realized in academic activities,and the value of it could be improved,by improving the level of contest organization,perfecting the contest guarantee system,strengthening the contest campaign,and improving the reward system.
