新农科视域下海洋特色专业建设的理论探索与实践——以大连海洋大学海洋法律与人文学院发展为例

Theoretical Exploration and Practice of Marine Specialty Construction from the Perspective of New Agricultural Science——Take the Development of the School of Marine Law and Humanities of Dalian Ocean University as an Example

2019年,新农科建设已奏响"三部曲"。《安吉共识》作为新农科建设的国家顶层设计,为新时代涉农高校的发展指明了方向。立足新农科视角探析法学这一传统文科专业在涉农高校生存和发展的理论与实践经验,认为传统文科专业在涉农高校的生存和发展虽面临困境,但是《安吉共识》提出的交叉融合发展路径创造了新的发展机遇;大连海洋大学海洋法律特色专业建设的基本经验是以融合发展为理念、以行业需求为导向、以课程改革为抓手,走错位特色发展之路;新农科视域下海洋法律特色专业建设的新构想体现在生源结构、协同育人和建设特色"金课"三方面。

In 2019,a"trilogy"of new agricultural science construction has been launched.Anji Consensus,as a national top-level design for the construction of new agricultural sciences,points out the direction for the development of agriculture-related universities in the new era.Based on the perspective of new agricultural sciences,this paper explores the theoretical and practical experience of the survival and development of law,a traditional liberal arts major,in agriculture-related universities.The paper holds that although the survival and development of traditional liberal arts majors in agriculture-related universities is facing difficulties,the cross-integrated development path proposed by the Anji Consensus has created new development opportunities.The basic experience of the construction of marine law specialty in Dalian Ocean University is to take the road of dislocation characteristic development with the concept of integration development,with the guidance of industry demand,and with the focus of curriculum reform.The new conception of the specialty construction of marine law under the new agricultural sciences is embodied in three aspects:student source structure,collaborative education and construction of characteristic"golden courses".
