农业院校食品“新工科”人才校企协同育人的探索与实践 被引量:5

Exploration and Practice of School-enterprise Collaborative Education for “New Engineering” Food Talents in Agricultural Universities and Colleges

摘要 分析了在"新工科"建设背景下,农业院校食品类专业在校企协同培养专业人才中的主要问题,结合黑龙江八一农垦大学食品科学与工程专业校企协同育人模式,从"新工科"教育中的人才培养方案修订、"双师型"师资队伍建设、校内外实验与实践平台/基地的校企协同育人等方面措施,有针对性地进行了一些改革和探索,为深入推进农业院校食品类"新工科"专业建设提供参考。 In the"new engineering"construction background,the main problems of the cooperative training for professional food talents were analyzed in agricultural universities and colleges.In combination with the school-enterprise collaborative education model of food science and engineering major in Heilongjiang Bayi Agricultural University,some reforms and explorations were carried out in terms of measures such as the talent training program formulation,the construction of double-qualified teacher,school-enterprise collaborative education of experiment and practice based on-and-off campus training platform or base.It provides reference for further promoting the construction of"new engineering"of food specialty in agricultural universities and colleges.
