摘要
通过构建系统的思想政治理论课实践教学激励机制来持久激励大学生投身实践教学的热情是实践教学课程建设的重要内容。该机制是指以激发和鼓励学生主动了解、参与实际生活和社会实践、获得思想政治道德方面直接体验的需求和动机为手段,合理配置资源,优化管理方式,所形成的相对固定化、规范化的策略和措施。有效的实践教学激励机制能促进学生愉快地投入实践,能协调实践环境的多种因素,产生事半功倍的效果。构建实践教学激励机制的主要途径有目标引导、内容导向、条件保障、过程监控、及时反馈等。
It is an important content of the construction of practical teaching courses to persistently motivate the enthusiasm of college students to devote themselves to practical teaching by constructing a systematic ideological and political theory course practical teaching incentive mechanism.This mechanism refers to a relatively fixed and standardized approach formed by stimulating and encouraging students to actively understand,to participate in real life and social practice,and to obtain direct experience of ideological,political and moral needs and motivations as a means to rationally allocate resources and optimize management methods,strategies and measures.An effective practical teaching incentive mechanism can promote students to happily engage in practice,coordinate various factors in the practice environment,and produce a multiplier effect with half the effort.The main ways to construct a practical teaching incentive mechanism include goal guidance,content guidance,condition guarantee,process monitoring,and timely feedback.
