全媒体时代背景下大学生思想政治教育的五重维度及实现途径

The five dimensions of ideological and political education of college students in the era of omnimedia and its realization

随着文化的多元发展和我国教育体制改革的不断深入,尤其是在全媒体时代背景下,高校思想政治教育工作主体客体的界限愈来愈模糊,传统思想政治教育模式逐渐凸显出其局限性与滞后性,不能更好地适应学生全面发展的总体要求。因此,立足于以学生为本的教育理念、立德树人的教育使命和全方位育人的教育思想,构建全媒体背景下全面素质维度、契约管理维度、社会支持维度、咨询发展维度和文化育人维度的思想政治教育的体系,并分析其实现路径,切实增强大学生思想政治教育的实效性,实现大学生的全面可持续发展。

With the diversified development of culture and the deepening of the reform of education system in our country,especially under the background of the whole media era,the boundary between subject and object of ideological and political education in colleges is becomes increasingly fuzzier.Meanwhile,the traditional mode of ideological and political education gradually highlights its limitations and hysteresis,which cannot better adapt to the overall requirements of students′ comprehensive development.Therefore,based on the student-oriented educational concept,the mission of building people and the thought of comprehensive development,the ideological and political education that contains comprehensive quality dimension,contract management dimension,social support dimension,consultation development dimension and culture education dimension under the background of the whole media was established.Then,this paper analyzes its realization path,in order to strengthen the actual effect of ideological and political education,and realize the all-round sustainable development of college students.
