摘要
当今社会,创新成为引领经济社会发展的第一动力。研究提出全面系统的创新型人才的研究性教学模式,构建研究性教学模式的"三个层次"的理论,建立起一个立体的、多元化的创新型人才培育结构。创新设计了面向创新型人才培养的研究性教学方法,通过对学生进行问卷调查,再进行分析与总结,建立起立体层次平台,推出研究性教学环节方法。创新型人才的培养需从实际出发,因材施教,选择适合的培养方式和方法,照顾到面的同时也不能忽视个体的发展,综合运用多元化的教学方法和有效的激励方式,促进学生自主学习,学有所成。
Nowadays,innovation has become the primary force driving the economic and social development.The research presents a comprehensive and systematic reach-oriented teaching model for innovative talents and the "three levels" theory of reach-oriented teaching model are proposed,thereby establishing a three-dimensional and diversified model for innovative talents development.The research-oriented teaching method for the cultivation of innovative talents has been innovatively designed.Through the questionnaire survey and analysis of students,a three-dimensional platform has been established,and the research-oriented teaching mothed has been introduced.The cultivation of innovative talents requires us to proceed from reality,teach students in accordance with their aptitude,choose suitable training methods,and take care of all aspects while not neglecting individual development.Through the comprehensive use of diversified teaching methods and effective incentive methods to encouraged students to learn independently,so that they can learn something.
