卓越农林人才教育培养计划2.0,是现代农业教育背景下,紧贴新时代乡村人才振兴新要求、新需求,坚持产学研一体、农科教结合,适应新时代农林新业态的高级农林人才培养新体系。江西省从农业大省到农业强省建设,从生态文明到乡村振兴的实施,都要依托乡村人才振兴。基于江西农业大学农林人才培养的实际,实施卓越计划2.0,要重点把握"四新"做文章:全国教育大会对高校人才培养有了"新要求";乡村振兴战略对乡村人才振兴有了"新需求";江西教育强省建设要为乡村振兴战略提供"新动力";农林卓越人才培养要为乡村人才振兴提供"新活力"。

The Excellent Agricultural and Forestry Talents Education Program 2.0 is a multi-level,multi-type and diversified higher agricultural and forestry education talents training system with Chinese characteristics,which focuses on the strategy of rural revitalization and the construction of ecological civilization,adheres to industry-university-research cooperation,and deepens the combination of agricultural-science-education.The development of Jiangxi province from a big agricultural province to a strong agricultural province,from the construction of ecological civilization to the rural revitalization strategy,must rely on the revitalization of rural talent.Based on the actuality of agricultural and forestry personnel training in Jiangxi Agricultural University,the implementation of the Excellent Agriculture and Forestry Talents Education and Training Program 2.0 must focus on the "four new":The National Education Conference has new requirements for the cultivation of talents in colleges and universities;the rural revitalization strategy has new demands for the revitalization of rural talents;the construction of Jiangxi′s powerful education provinces must provide a new impetus for the rural revitalization strategy;the cultivation of excellent agricultural and forestry talents should provide new vitality for the revitalization of rural talents.
