高校思想政治理论课教师的自我认同:功能、现状与优化

摘要 高素质的教师队伍是高校上好思想政治理论课的基础力量,良好的自我认同是思想政治理论课教师职业素养与人格魅力的重要体现,具有价值导向、精神激励和文化归属功能。当前,受社会环境、运行机制以及主体内在因素的多重影响,高校思想政治理论课教师的自我认同还有待提升,突出体现在自我意义感、自我同一性、自我驱动力以及自我纳悦度还不够强。为此,高校应从职业信仰、职业潜能、职业活力和职业自信等方面多措并举,助力思想政治理论课教师有效提升自我认同。 The high quality teachers′team is the basic strength of the university′s ideological and political theory course.Good self-identification is an important embodiment of professional accomplishment and personality charm of the ideological and political theory teachers in university,and it has the function of value orientation,spiritual inspiration and cultural attribution.Currently,influenced by social environment,operation mechanism and internal factors of subject,the self-identity of the teachers in the ideological and political theory course of colleges presents some dilemma,such as the downplaying of the sense of self,the dissolving of self-identity,the attenuation of the self-riving force,and the decline of pleasurable self-acceptance.So,universities should take a lot of measures to deal with aspects such as professional belief,career potential,professional vitality and professional confidence.By these ways,teachers of ideological and political theory can improve self-identification effectively.
