摘要
在分析"目标导向与成果导向""种植类课程有效教学模式"基础上,借鉴OBE教学理念,以"果树无公害生产技术"课程为例,开发了基于OBE的"生产小组"教学模式,核心内容为阶梯式成果导向教学体系、德技双修的学习成果界定、学习成果循环往复式开发流程、"忙入闲出"教学组织形式以及"过程性和终结性"评价相结合的"知识、能力、素质"一体化评价体系。
Taking the example of environment-friendly on fruit tree cultivation,with the concept of OBE,based on teaching mode of oriented outcome and results,the research focus on production team.The core points are teaching system of outcome orientated,emphasized on virtue&technology,learning results cycled,organized by busy and leisure period,evaluated by processing and final test.The teaching mode concentrates on combined evaluation style with knowledge,ability and quality of the learners.
