高等教育现代化背景下硕士研究生课程体系建设问题研究

Research on the Construction of Master's Curriculum System under the Background of Modernization of Higher Education

高等教育现代化的目标是培养现代化的人,课程体系在其中起到了主要载体的作用。随着我国教育领域主要矛盾的转型,硕士研究生课程体系的作用越来越重要。从"结构—功能"理论出发,借助AGIL图式对现有研究生课程体系开展分析,明晰了其整体性问题,即课程与社会发展脱节,学生满意度低;并进一步将具体问题归结为"课程目标严重错位""课程内容设计不合理""课程效果整合力度不足"和"课程评价机制不完善"四个方面。深入探究发现,问题的成因在于,存在课程体系—社会需求的匹配矛盾以及课程设计—管理僵化的匹配矛盾。据此,以AGIL图式下的课程理想模型为基础,将硕士研究生这一行动者和社会系统的关系纳入考量的范畴,提出整体性变革的进路和具体变革的措施。

The goal of higher education modernization is to cultivate modern people,and the curriculum system plays a major role in it.With the transformation of major contradictions in the field of education in China,the role of the postgraduates'curriculum system is more and more important.Based on the“structure-function”theory,this paper analyzes the existing postgraduate curriculum system with the aid of AGIL schema,and clarifies its overall problem that the curriculum is out of touch with social development,and student satisfaction is low.And it further categorizes the specific problem as“the course aim being seriously misplaced,”“the course content being not designed properly”,“the course effect being insufficiently integrated”and“the course evaluation mechanism being imperfect”.In-depth exploration found that the cause of the problem lies in the existence of the curriculum system and the matching contradiction of social needs and the matching contradiction between curriculum design and management rigidity.Based on this,this paper is based on the ideal model of the course under the AGIL schema,taking the relationship between the executor and the social system into consideration,and proposes the approach of overall change and the measures for specific change.
