摘要
高校基层教学组织作为教学组织、教学管理和教学改革的最基本单位,是高校内涵发展和人才培养的落脚点。各高校的基本教学组织已经呈现出结构失调、功能式微、环境杂乱等的生态困境。因此,教学生态的基层组织建设策略主要是要基于生态稳定性和开放性的要求来重构基层教学组织形式,并利用生态共生和群体动力原理来实现基层教学组织功能的回归。
As the most basic unit of teaching organization,teaching management and teaching reform,bottom-teaching organization is the end result of the development of the University and the cultivation of talents.This paper analyzed the history of the bottom-teaching organization and the current situation of the construction,pointed out the ecological dilemma of the current construction at bottom-teaching organization,such as structural imbalance,functional decline,environment clutter.And put forward the requirement of ecological stability and openness to reconstruct the bottom-teaching organization form,using the principle of ecological symbiosis and group power to realize the returning to the function of the bottom-teaching organization.
