新时代高等学校党支部“三会一课”质量保障体系探究——以沈阳农业大学为例

新时代党的建设面临新使命新要求新任务。如何提高党支部"三会一课"质量是高等学校基层党建工作中的难点问题之一。沈阳农业大学以抓好顶层设计、抓实基础保障、抓严过程管理、抓深考核激励、抓细载体创新具体实践为依托,提出从夯实组织建设、增强党支部组织力,建立工作标准、完善相关体制机制,做好结合文章,突出示范引领,细化责任落实、加强跟踪指导四个方面入手,构建高等学校党支部"三会一课"质量保障体系。

The construction of the Party in the new era faces new tasks,new demands,and new tasks.How to improve the quality of the“three sessions and one lesson”of the Party branch is one of the difficult problems in the grassroots'Party building work of colleges and universities.Shenyang Agricultural University relies on the top-level design,the foundation guarantee,the strict process management,the deep assessment and encouragement,and the specific practice of grasping the fine carrier innovation,and proposes to strengthen the organizational construction,strengthen the organizational strength of the Party branch,establish working standards and improve relevant institutional mechanisms,do a good job of combining articles,highlighting demonstration and guidance,refining the implementation of responsibilities,and strengthening follow-up guidance,and constructing a quality assurance system for the“three sessions and one lesson”of the Party branch of colleges and universities.
