“双一流”与“新工科”建设背景下的地方农林高校农业工程类研究生培养模式的探索与思考

Exploration and Consideration on the Cultivation Model of Agricultural Engineering Graduate Students in Local Agricultural and Forestry Universities under the Background of “Double-First-Class” and “New Subject” Construction

"双一流"建设和"新工科"建设是国家为了推动高等教育改革发展提出的重大战略决策,核心是培养各类创新人才。地方农林高校的重要职能之一是为地方农林领域经济社会发展服务,在"双一流"建设和"新工科"建设背景下的研究生培养模式制定还有诸多问题需要探索和思考。以福建农林大学农业工程类研究生培养为例,针对目前此类研究生培养存在的培养目标、培养途径及培养质量评价等主要问题提出当前形势下培养模式改善途径,旨在为地方和区域培养优秀农业工程领域专业人才以及促进福建省农业工程学科长足发展提供思路,同时也为全国地方农林高校农业工程学科的研究生培养模式探究提供一定参考。

"Double first-class"construction and"New engineering"construction are both important strategic decisions made to promote the reform and development of higher education.The cores are to cultivate variety innovative talents for China.As graduate students are important sources of high-qualified innovative talents,they play important roles in supporting,promoting and implementing the national innovation-driven development strategy.So the mode of graduate students training is significant for guaranteeing the training quality.Because it is asked for matching with the national strategy and local development,it needs to be explored constantly.One of the important functions of local agricultural and forestry universities is to serve the local economic and social development.Considering the requirement of"double first-class"and"New engineering"constructions,there are still a lot of problems needed to study and thinking.This paper analyzes the current situation of agricultural engineering discipline of Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University.According to the main existed problems,combining with the strategies,we promote some solutions and methods.It aims to train excellent professional engaging in agricultural engineering.We hope it can provide idea for the rapid development of agricultural engineering in Fujian province.Meanwhile,it could also provide some references for the research on the cultivation mode of the postgraduates of agricultural engineering in local agricultural and forestry universities.
