摘要
针对"新工科"背景下农业机械化及其自动化专人才实践能力培养不足的问题,开展了科教融合、赛教结合的"新工科"人才实践能力培养改革实践。通过在理论课教学中嵌入实践性微课及专业应用实施案例、实践训练课程融入专业工程问题、整合资源科教协同、课程内外联通、赛教结合等的改革措施,实现了理论实践知识融合,实践场地、指导教师与管理人员相对稳定化,实践载体多元化,常规性实训与竞争性比赛协调促进,学校—企业—社会等多元化联通的多层次、多阶段的系统性实践能力培养体系。该研究为"新工科"背景下农业机械化及其自动化专业人才实践能力培养提供参考与示范。
Existing development of agricultural mechanization and automation major in Huazhong Agricultural University have persistent challenges that strengthen the training mode of developing practical ability to achieve the requirements of new engineering disciplines construction,highlighting a need for continuous reform and practice.The purpose of this research was to establish the specific practical ability training system for undergraduate through reforming courses content organization,educational methods and resources integration under the background of new engineering disciplines construction.By embeding practical micro-courses and professional application implementation cases in the theory courses,the integration of theoretical and practical knowledge in the learning process is realized.Through the integration of resources,science and education,and the combination of internal and external communication and competition,the practical site,the instructors and managers are relatively stable,the practical carrier is diversified,and the regular training and competitive competition are coordinated.Finally,a sophisticated school-enterprise-society and other multi-level,multi-stage systemic practical ability training system was also well-designed.This research provides reference and demonstration for the development of agricultural mechanization and automation in under background of new engineering disciplines construction.
