学科建设与专业建设是高校建设和发展的核心问题。沈阳农业大学园艺专业依托学科优势,以培养一流人才为核心,在专业教学体系建设中从凝练培养目标和特色、将科研成果融入专业课程体系、促进教学师资队伍和学科梯队建设协同发展、院系设置紧密联系科研团队、促进科研和教学资源共享等方面,进行以研促教、以教促学的一系列教学改革,构建一流人才培养模式。

Discipline construction and specialty construction are the core issues for the construction and development of colleges and universities.A series of teaching reforms have been carried out in the Horticultural Specialty of Shenyang Agricultural University,and a first-class talent training model has been constructed,which has played a positive role in training high-quality undergraduate horticultural talents.The main contents include relying on the advantages of disciplines,concentrating of training objectives and characteristics,integrating scientific research achievements into professional curriculum system,promoting the coordinated development of teaching faculty and discipline echelon construction,faculties development closely connect with scientific research teams,promoting the sharing of scientific research and teaching resources,and so on.
