摘要
要发挥研究生主体地位、调动学习内生动力,持续深化以提高质量为核心的研究生培养机制改革对公共管理研究生培养提出了新要求。针对课堂教学中学生对教师讲课有八个不满意,提出在课前引导师生主动参与案例调研与采编,课中鼓励师生互动参与案例学习与分析,课后强化师生反馈参与案例改进与延伸的"BIA浸入式"案例教学创新模式,全程发挥研究生的主动性,提升研究生学习力,最终激发研究生创造力。探讨公共管理研究生"BIA浸入式"案例教学模式的必要性、基本特征,分析了其实施的路径。
In order to give full play to the main position of graduate students,mobilize the intrinsic motivation of learning,and continuously deepen the reform of graduate training mechanism with improving quality as the core,new requirements have been put forward for the cultivation of graduate students in public management.In view of the eight dissatisfaction of students in classroom teaching with teachers′lectures,this paper puts forward that"Before Class"guides teachers and students to take the initiative to participate in case study and compilation before class,"In Class"encourages teacher-student interaction to participate in case study and analysis,and"After Class"strengthens teacher-student feedback participation in case improvement and extension of"BIA immersive type"case teaching innovation model.It can give full play to the initiative of graduate students,improve the learning ability of graduate students,and ultimately stimulate the creativity of graduate students.This paper introduces the necessity and basic characteristics of the case teaching mode of"BIA immersion type"for public management graduate students,and analyzes on the path of its implementation.
