资助育人视角下高校勤工助学精细化管理机制研究

Study on the Elaborative Management Mechanism of Work-Study in Universities:from the Perspective of Subsidizing and Education

勤工助学是高校资助体系的重要内容,也是重要的社会实践活动之一,对于资助大学生完成学业,促进大学生素质能力全面发展有着重要的推动作用。以南京农业大学为例,通过调研江苏高校的勤工助学工作现状,分析工作中存在的问题,探讨拓展勤工助学资源、科学制定酬金模式和培训体系、发掘社会适应性能力素质提升的方法,从而更好地实现勤工助学的资助育人功能。

Work-study is an important part of the university financial support system and one of the important social practice activities.It also plays an important role in helping students complete their studies and promoting the all-round development of students′quality and ability.By investigating the current situation of work-study program in universities in Jiangsu province,this paper analyses the problems existing in the work,and explores the ways to improve the quality of social adaptability by expanding the resources of work-study program,formulating the compensation model and training system scientifically,so as to better realize the function of subsidizing work-study program and educating people.
