涉海类高校应用型人才培养模式创新与实践——以大连海洋大学为例

Innovation and Practice of Training Model of Applied Talents in Maritime Universities——Taking Dalian Ocean University as an Example

应用型人才培养是新时期高校发展转型的重要路径,涉海类高校探索应用型人才培养模式创新具有重要的现实价值。研究分析了我国涉海高校在应用型人才培养模式创新探索中的存在的诸多问题:应用型人才培养方案中的目标定位不明确;专业设置与时代发展不协同;课程体系与结构缺乏系统设计;教师队伍建设不匹配等。研究提出要以向应用型转型为契机,修订本科专业人才培养方案;打造应用型特色专业群;以协同育人为重要机制,构建育人工作新格局;以实践教学资源建设为重要支撑,加强"三个平台"建设;以教师队伍为核心要素,建设"双师双能型"教师队伍等具体改革策略。

The cultivation of applied talents is an important path for the development and transformation of colleges and universities in the new period.It is of great practical value to explore the innovation of applied talent cultivation models in maritime universities.The research analyzes many problems existing in the innovation exploration of application-oriented talents training models in China′s maritime universities:the target positioning in the application-oriented talents training plan is unclear;the professional setting is not coordinated with the development of the times;Mismatches in teacher construction,etc.The research proposes to take the transformation to application as an opportunity to revise the undergraduate professional talent training plan;create an application-oriented specialty professional group;take collaborative education as an important mechanism to build a new pattern of education;take practical teaching resources as an important support to strengthen"Three platforms"construction;taking teachers as the core element,building"double-teacher and dual-energy"teachers and other specific reform strategies.
