摘要
职业教育发展中,课程改革应依据企业的需求及未来行业发展的趋势,优化人才培养计划,为学生的职业规划引航及消除航向偏差.从ARCS动机模型的特点、ARCS动机模型的可行性分析和ARCS动机模型的运用与实践三个方面详细阐述了ARCS动机模型在专业基础课程《机械制图》中教学改革的运用,以期引导学生积极实习就业,为学生岗前辅导提供实践性教学经验,且给学生职业规划相关课程的教学改革提供参考与借鉴.
In the development of vocational education,curriculum reform must optimize the talent training plan according to the needs of enterprises and the future development trend of industries,and play a role in guiding students towards the right career path.This paper expounds the application of ARCS motivation model in the professional basic course Mechanical Drawing,from three aspects,namely,characteristics and principles of ARCS motivation model,feasibility analysis of ARCS motivation model,and the use of ARCS motivation model,in order to guide students to be active in internships or jobs,and provide practical teaching experience for students’pre-service guidance,as well as useful reference for teaching reform of courses related to students’career planning.
