本文对抽水蓄能电站招标过程中的澄清问题进行梳理分析和总结,提出了抽水蓄能电站招标文件编制存在的工程量清单计量单位错误、工程量清单项目特征描述不完整;道路维护、环境保护等总价项目工作内容描述不全面等典型澄清问题并对典型澄清问题提出了相应避免措施和建议,以期为高质量开展招标文件编制、减少澄清答疑工作任务、提高合同履约质量、促进工程建设有序进行夯实基础。

This paper combs,analyzes and summarizes the clarification and question answering problems in the bidding process of the main bid of the pumped storage power station,and puts forward the common clarification problems in the preparation of the bill of quantities,such as the technical specifications,drawings,incomplete description of the bill of quantities,and the format of the bill of quantities,in order to provide reference for the preparation of the bidding documents of the main bid of the pumped storage power station,ensure the smooth implementation of the bidding work,and promote the orderly construction of the pumped storage project.
