广东省绿色金融与绿色产业的耦合协调度研究

Analysis of the Coupling Coordination Degree between Green Finance and Green Industry in Guangdong

提升绿色金融发展质效关键在于实现绿色金融与绿色产业协同发展。本文以广东省绿色金融与绿色产业发展情况为研究样本,通过熵值法测算两者发展水平的同时,利用耦合协调模型检验两者间的协调关系,发现广东省绿色金融、绿色产业均取得较为理想的发展成效,但存在结构仍不平衡、制度体系仍须健全、发展质量仍待提升的问题;两个系统发展存在正向耦合关系,达到高度耦合协调状态,但政策依赖性较强、市场驱动力有待提升。为更好促进绿色金融与绿色产业协同发展,广东省应进一步推动产融对接,结合政策引导及市场驱动,推进各部门、各地区间的互联互通,构筑起富有广东特色的绿色经济生态圈。

To improve the quality and efficiency of green finance,the key lies in the coordinated development of green finance and green industry.Taking the development of green finance and green industry in Guangdong Province as the research sample,the entropy method is used to measure the development level,while the coupling mode is used to measure the coordination relationship between the two.The results show that Guangdong’s green finance and green industry have achieved relatively ideal development results,and the coupling relationship between the two has developed to the high coupling coordination state.However,there are still some problems such as imbalance in structure,improvement in institutional system and improvement in development quality.To facilitate the coordinated development between green finance and green industry,Guangdong should realize the goal of industry and finance combination,consolidate market-oriented driving and promote interconnection.
