摘要
生产技改项目有着种类繁多、项目零散的特点,同时为减少停电次数及时间,往往将多类改造内容一并立项、同步实施,造成项目之间工作内容差异较大,其造价水平难以直接比较分析。本文充分借鉴“模块化”理念,深入分析山东省技改项目,以更换10kV配电变压器项目为例,结合施工工艺及技改定额、工程量清单中项目划分原则,对技改项目进行模块化解构,构建了技改工程费用标准化模块框架体系,并与典型造价参考手册对比,验证了模块化成果的科学性和实用性。为项目立项、评审等造价管理工作提供灵活、适用的参考依据。
Technical renovation projects are characterized by a wide variety and scattered parts.At the same time,in order to reduce the frequency and time of power failure,multiple renovation items are often set up and implemented simultaneously,resulting in large differences in work contents among projects,and the cost level is difficult to be directly compared and analyzed.This paper fully guided by the“modular”concept,taking the 10 kv distribution transformer project of shandong province as an example,combined with the construction technology,technical renovation quota and the project division principle in the project quantity list,the modular deconstruction of technical renovation project is carried out,and the standardized module framework system of technical renovation project cost is constructed.It provides flexible and applicable reference basis for project approval,evaluation and other cost management work.
