基于DANP的桥梁工程施工精细化管理影响因素分析

Analysis of the Influencing Factors of Bridge Construction Refinement Management Based on DANP

桥梁工程施工精细化管理过程存在许多相互作用的影响因素。通过文献分析和专家咨询识别桥梁工程施工精细化管理的影响因素,构建DANP(DEMATEL-ANP,决策实验室-网络分析)模型分析各因素之间的因果关系与重要性。结合NJ5大桥施工项目实例进行分析表明,桥梁工程施工精细化管理的各影响因素之间存在明显的相互作用关系,而管理人员能力水平、质量管理理念、安全管理理念、成本管理理念、人员执行力等是影响桥梁工程施工精细化管理的关键因素。

The influencing factors in the process of refinement management of bridge engineering construction are numerous and complex.Through literature analysis and expert consultation to identify the influencing factors of bridge engineering construction refinement management;construct DANP(DEMATEL-ANP,Decision Making Laboratory-Network Analysis Method)model to analyse the causal relationship and importance among the factors.The results show that there are obvious interactions among the influencing factors of the refined management of bridge engineering construction,and the competence level of managers,quality management concept,safety management concept,cost management concept and personnel execution are the key factors affecting the effect of the refined management of bridge engineering construction.
