基于信息技术的政府投资项目设计概算审核问题研究

Research on the Review of Government Investment Project Design Estimates Based on Information Technology

随着我国社会经济的快速发展以及经济体制改革的不断深入,国内政府部门对政府投资项目的初步设计概算审核的速度与精度提出了更高的要求,本文分析了政府投资项目设计概算审核工作的重难点及存在的问题,然后基于信息技术提出概算审核创新构想,并明确实施过程中需注意的问题,以期更好的指导未来政府投资项目的设计概算审核工作的开展。

With the rapid development of China’s social economy and the continuous deepening of economic system reform,the domestic government departments on the government investment project preliminary design estimate review speed and accuracy put forward higher requirements.This paper analyzes the difficulties and existing problems of the government investment project estimate review,and then based on information technology puts forward the budget estimate review innovation concept,and makes clear the problemes to pay attention to in the implementation process,in order to better guide the future government investment project design budget review work.
