Analysis of Whole Process Engineering Consulting Service Based on SWOT-PEST Model

我国全过程工程咨询服务尚处于摸索阶段,基于SWOT-PEST方法构建全过程工程咨询服务矩阵模型,分析全过程工程咨询服务在政治、经济、社会以及技术因素影响下,所面临的的机遇和挑战以及所具有的优势与劣势。根据分析结果,提出针对性对策,以达到发挥优势、弥补劣势、把握机遇、降低威胁的目的,为促进我国全过程工程咨询服务的可持续发展提供一定的参考。

China’s whole process engineering consulting services are still in the exploratory stage.Based on the SWOT-PEST method,we construct a matrix model of whole process engineering consulting service to analyze the opportunities and challenges as well as the advantages and disadvantages of whole process engineering consulting service under the influence of political,economic,social and technical factors.Based on the analysis results,we propose targeted countermeasures to achieve the purpose of giving full play to the advantages,compensating for the disadvantages,grasping the opportunities and reducing the threats,so as to provide some reference for promoting the sustainable development of whole-process engineering consulting services in China.
