“双碳”目标下的绿色金融发展

Green Finance Development under the Goal of “Carbon Peaking and Carbon Neutrality”

实现碳达峰碳中和,是我国主动担当大国责任、破解资源环境问题、实现可持续发展的重要举措。国有金融机构始终将政治责任摆在首位,贯彻落实新发展理念,大力发展绿色金融业务,在助力实现“双碳”目标、促进国内国际双循环战略中发挥“头雁”作用。本文主要分析了“双碳”目标对我国金融机构带来的机遇与挑战,提出国有金融机构促进绿色金融发展的有关建议。

Achieving“carbon peaking and carbon neutrality”is the internal requirement of implementing the new development concept,building a new development pattern,and promoting high-quality development.It is also a major strategic decision made by the Party Central Committee to coordinate the overall domestic and international situation.State-owned financial institutions have always put political responsibility in the first place,implemented the new development concept,developed green finance business,and played a“leading role”in helping to achieve the“carbon peaking and carbon neutrality”goal and promoting the domestic and international“double cycle”strategy.This paper mainly analyzes the opportunities and challenges brought by the“carbon peaking and carbon neutrality”goal to China’s financial institutions,and puts forward relevant suggestions for state-owned financial institutions to promote the development of green finance.
