The Valuation and Pricing of Data Assets

为解决数据资产估值等一系列问题,创新数据领域理论基础,本文基于数据与资本在要素上的相似性,借鉴“货币银行学”学科框架,尝试从公理出发构建出“数据银行学”研究框架,并以信息熵为核心推演出数据治理模型,创新数据价值理论,为外购数据定价、数据产品与服务核算、数据资产估值等应用场景提供一种新颖独特可量化的解决方案,为数据治理与数据价值研究提供一种新的视角。

In order to solve the data valuation problem,this paper attempts to construct the research framework of“data and banking”,which is modeled on“money and banking”for the similarity of data and capital,and propose data governance model based on information entropy.This paper also provides a new and quantifiable solution to solve many problems such as purchase data pricing,data service charging,data asset valuation and so on,which provide a new perspective for data governance and data value research.
