摘要
消防验收工作参照的2016年版GA836-2016《建设工程消防验收评定规则》存在消防系统重复、现场验收工作未涵盖特殊消防场景、现场评定表较为繁杂等问题。基于消防工程涉及水电风、建筑防火、防火材料、消防产品等多方面,并贯穿分部验收、联合竣工验收,以联合竣工验收的一次性消防检查方式已经无法保证现有建筑的防火质量。论文将探索一种结合模块、流程的消防过程监管体系以达到顺利完成消防验收工作的目标。该验收模式将解决传统验收面临的消防安全隐患大,整改难度大,现场评定操作性弱等问题。
According to the 2016 edition of GA836"Rules for acceptance and assessment of fire installation",there are some problems,such as duplicate fire control system assessment,special fire scene not covered by on-site acceptance check,complicated on-site assessment form,and so on.Based on the fire control projects involving water,electricity,wind,building fire protection,fire protection materials and fire control products,etc.This paper will explore a fire process supervision system combining with modules and processes to achieve the goal of successful completion of the Fire Acceptance Work.This checking and acceptance model will solve the problems of the traditional checking and acceptance,such as the fire safety hidden danger,the difficulty of the rectification and the weakness of the field evaluation and so on.
