摘要
为应对房地产开发领域"交房必闹"的市场怪圈,江津区住房城乡建设主管部门从严把验收关入手,摸索出一套"全要素交房"的制度体系,从分户验收阶段开始,在预验收、业主开放日、竣工验收、竣工验收备案、交房书面告知各个环节实施监管,对破解"交房必闹"的怪圈、防范化解房地产开发项目交房过程中的群访集访等不稳定风险提供了新的解决方案。
In order to deal with the strange circle of"Trouble Is Sure To Appear When House Delivering"in the field of real estate development,the competent department of housing and urban rural construction in Jiangjin district has carried out the policy of"All Factors in House Delivery"from the experience of strict inspection and acceptance.This policy starts in the stage of household acceptance,and maintains to be implemented in the stage of pre-acceptance,proprietor opening day,completion acceptance,completion acceptance record and written notice of house delivery.It provides a new solution to break the strange circle of"Trouble Is Sure to Appear When House Delivering",and to prevent the happen of group complaint visits in the process of handing over real estate.
