Discussion on Quality Management of EPC General Contracting Construction of Domestic Waste Incineration Project

随着人们生活水平的提高和生活方式的改变,在人们的日常生活中,每天都会产生大量生活垃圾。为了探索生活垃圾焚烧发电项目建设的质量控制措施,分析生活垃圾焚烧项目EPC总承包施工质量管理的意义,而后就其落实的具体措施进行探讨,为某生活垃圾焚烧项目提出一些质量管理建议,以期为垃圾焚烧发电提供参考。

With the improvement of people’s living standard and the change of life style,a large amount of domestic waste is produced every day in people’s daily life.In order to explore the quality control measures for the construction of domestic waste incineration power generation project,this paper analyzes the significance of construction quality management of EPC general contract of domestic waste incineration project,and then discusses the specific measures for its implementation,This paper puts forward some quality management suggestions for a domestic waste incineration project,in order to provide some reference for colleagues of waste incineration power generation.
