深圳市民用建筑节能专项验收常见问题探讨

Discussions on Common Problems in Inspection and Acceptance of Special Projects of Civil Building Energy Conservation in Shenzhen

节能及绿色建筑工程是提高民用建筑品质,推动城市建筑转型升级的重要抓手。深圳市推进此项工作虽然取得了不少成果,但也存在一些问题尚待明确和解决。以深圳市民用建筑节能专项验收事项为基础,以市管的民用建筑项目(或参照民用建筑设计的其他项目)为研究对象,对验收过程中发现的节能及绿色建筑工程常见问题进行列举、分析,并提出建议,以便更好地开展此项工作。

Energy conservation and green building construction is an important way to improve the quality of civil buildings and promote the transformation and upgrading of urban buildings.Although Shenzhen has made a lot of achievements in promoting this work,there are still some problems to be clarified and solved.Based on inspection and acceptance of the special project of civil building energy conservation in Shenzhen,this paper takes the municipal civil building projects(or other projects with reference to civil building design)as the research object,lists and analyzes the common problems found in the inspection and acceptance process of energy conservation and green building construction,and puts forward suggestions,so as to better carry out this work.
