通过对长春市工程质量投诉现状的统计、分析,发现当前工程质量投诉管理存在的问题,探索通过建立工程质量投诉公示牌及惩戒机制,实现工程质量投诉监管联动化,提升各工程质量责任主体及负责人的质量意识和责任意识,有效降低质量投诉数量。

Through the statistics and analysis of the present situation of engineering quality complaints in Changchun,this paper found the problems existing in the current engineering quality complaint management and explored to realize the joint supervision of engineering quality complaints,improve the quality consciousness and responsibility consciousness of the engineering quality responsible subjects and responsible person and effectively reduce the number of engineering quality complaints through the establishment of engineering quality complaint bulletin board and punishment mechanisms.
