Development Paths of High-quality Development of Urban Rail Transit Engineering

我国经济发展已由高速增长阶段转向"高质量"发展阶段。但伴随着人力资源持续短缺、劳动力成本不断增长、节能环保要求不断提高,以及建设工程投资主体日趋多元化方面的因素,使得施工现场安全质量管理主要矛盾发生了新的变化。对新常态下安全质量管理的压力进行系统分析,给出北京市在高质量发展探索过程中的实践结果。

China’s economy is changing from high-speed growth stage to high-quality development stage.With the continuous shortage of labor,increasing labor costs,energy-saving and environmental protection requirements continue to improve,and the main body of construction project investment becomes diversified,new changes have taken place in the main contradiction of safety and quality management at the construction site.This paper analyzes the difficulties of safety and quality management of construction projects in the new form,the practical results of high quality development in Beijing are given.
