通过处理下沉式卫生间的质量投诉,分析了下沉式卫生间产生漏水的原因,指出了治理该类质量问题应从设计图纸入手,建筑和结构专业共同配合,通过将结构矩形梁改为异形截面梁的方法,将地漏标高降至卫生间外结构楼面标高以下,使卫生间的水仅存留在下沉式卫生间的坑内,而不会渗出水,从而也充分利用混凝土的自防水功能。

Through dealing with the quality complaints of sunken toilet,this paper analyzes the causes of water leakage in sunken toilet,and points out that the treatment of this kind of quality problems should start with the design drawings,cooperate with the architectural and structural specialties,and change the structural beam into the special-shaped section beam.The floor drain elevation is lowered to the level below the floor of the toilet according to the structure,so that the water of the toilet is only kept in the pit of the sunken toilet,without water seepage,giving full play to the self-waterproof function of concrete.
