深圳市工程质量智能监管工作概述及发展展望

Overview and Prospect for Development of Shenzhen Intelligent Supervision of Engineering Quality

为满足深圳市"新城建"的总体框架推进工作,近年来,深圳市住房建设局开发了涵盖勘察设计(含装配式管理)-工程建设监督执法(含两制、人员培训和基坑监测)-检测监管的全链条工程质量智能监管系统,并顺利运行,取得了良好效果。预计在2025年底全面建成包括工程质量智能监管模块在内"新城建"智能系统,将为深圳市的城市建设发挥新的更大的作用。

In order to satisfy the overall framework of"new town"in Shenzhen city to promote work,in recent years,the housing construction bureau of Shenzhen developed covers the survey and design(including fabricated management)-engineering construction supervision and law enforcement(including two systems,personnel training and foundation pit monitoring)-testing regulation the whole chain of intelligent engineering quality supervision system,and run smoothly,and achieved good effect.It is expected that by the end of 2025,the intelligent system of"new city construction"including intelligent supervision module of engineering quality will be fully built,which will play a new and bigger role in the urban construction of Shenzhen.
